One of the best things you can do in Uganda. Grade 5 rapids, 2 hours from Kampala. Full day trip, costs around $120 including guide and safety equipment. It's intense — several rapids have names like 'The Bad Place' — but you're with professional guides the whole time. Go on a non-match day.
