Yes and we strongly recommend it. Nairobi–Kampala is 1 hour by air (Kenya Airways, Air Uganda). Nairobi–Dar is 1.5 hours. Kampala–Dar is also about 2 hours. Flights are cheap within East Africa. You can genuinely follow your team across all three host countries over a 2-week trip.

Fly. Overland is beautiful but takes days. Air tickets between these cities can be as cheap as $60 if you book 6+ months out.
