Bolt is king in Nairobi — cheap, reliable, and you pay upfront so no haggling. Uber also works. Avoid matatus (minibuses) unless a local is guiding you — they're chaotic if you don't know the routes. Traffic in Nairobi is serious, especially matchday evenings — leave 90 mins earlier than you think you need to.
