Westlands and Kilimani are your best bets — central, lots of restaurants and nightlife, 20–30 mins from the stadium. Kileleshwa is slightly quieter and good value. Avoid booking anything too far south of the city unless you know the area well.

Westlands 100%. You can walk to restaurants, bars, and malls. Bolt is cheap everywhere in Nairobi anyway though.
