For nyama choma (must): Carnivore Restaurant — a Nairobi institution. For modern Kenyan cuisine: Artcaffe or About Thyme. For nightlife and food: The Village Market in Gigiri or any rooftop in Westlands. For street food: Kenyatta Market on a weekend morning.
