Uganda requires a yellow fever certificate for all visitors. Kenya and Tanzania technically require it if you're arriving from a yellow fever endemic country. Get vaccinated and carry your International Certificate of Vaccination (the yellow card) — it's valid for life under current WHO rules.

Just get the jab. It's one vaccine and it's valid forever. Not worth the stress of being pulled aside at immigration.
