Food

What to eat

Seville is the home of tapas. Try: espinacas con garbanzos (spinach and chickpeas), montaditos at El Rinconcillo (Spain's oldest bar), pescaíto frito (fried fish), and carrillada (braised cheek). Bar La Flor de Toranzo in Triana for authentic local experience.
